Request Account Deletion

If you would like to delete your BakeCost Pro account and all associated data, you can do so by following the instructions below.

Data Deletion

When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

• Your user profile information (Name, Email, Profile Picture)
• All your created recipes and ingredients
• App settings and preferences

Please note that this action is irreversible. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

How to Delete Your Account

You can request account deletion in two ways:

Option 1: In the App

1. Open the BakeCost Pro app.
2. Go to Settings > Profile.
3. Tap on Delete Account at the bottom of the screen.
4. Confirm your choice.

Option 2: Contact Support

If you cannot access the app, you can email us to request manual deletion:

• Email: support@bakecostpro.com.ua
• Subject: Account Deletion Request
• Please send the email from the address associated with your BakeCost Pro account.

Retention Period

Once we receive your deletion request, your data will be scheduled for deletion and removed from our active databases within 30 days.
